Last date for intimation by member Companies desiring to change their representative i.e. name of representative to the Secretary General along with necessary proof of eligibility.

Last date for display of provisional list of voters eligible to vote

a)        Notice Board at head office and Regional office;

b)        Website of HOAP

Monday

21^st October 2019

Last date for receipt of any objection by the members to the entries in the list of voters. (Members shall send their objections in writing to the Secretary General).

Tuesday

 22^nd  October, 2019

Last date by which the Secretary General will intimate action on the objections or changes sent by member.

Thursday

 24^th October 2019

Last date for making representation to the election commission by the members aggrieved by the decision of Secretary General.

Friday

25^th October 2019

Last date for Election Commission to decide the appeal

Tuesday

29^th October 2019

Last date for making appeal to the Regulator by the members aggrieved by the decision of election commission.

Regulator shall decide the case within 1 Day and his decision in this regard shall be final. 

Thursday

 31^st October 2019

Last date for displaying final list of voters:

a)      at the notice board at head office and Regional office;

b)      at the website of HOAP; and

c)      Submission to the Regulator.
