Welcome Hajj Organizers Association!

Hajj Organizers Association of Pakistan (HOAP) was founded in Month of May 2005 by the HGO’s registered with Ministry of Religious Affairs Government of Pakistan.

Hajj Organizers Association of Pakistan (HOAP) is the representative body of registered more than 900 HGOs of Pakistan handling 50% of total Hajj Quota of Pakistani which cover 89,605Hujjjaj Pakistan.

Purpose/Objective

To protect the interest of Hujjaj of Private Sector.
To improve the standard of Hajj services as a whole.
To Safe Guard the interest of Pilgrims and to protect them from Unauthorized HGOs.
To Provide Maximum Comfort and Facilities to Pilgrims.
To make sure that Pilgrims are being provided facilities as per their Packages.
To initiate action against those HGOs, who do not fulfill their Obligations/Commitments.
To protect the interest of HGO’s.
To maintain close coordination with Saudi Hajj Authorities i.e. Saudi Wizarat-e-Hajj, Tawafa Companies, NAQABA, Maktab-Ul-Wakala and other international organizational setups of Hujjaj.
To raise awareness level and arrange comprehensive training programs for Pakistani Hujjaj.
Codes of conduct to guide members' behavior and maintain ethical standards.
Conduct research or support innovation projects to advance their field.
Contribute to the development and enforcement of industry standards and regulations.
